Hierarchy

The Hierarchy of the Amendment IV, The Right of the people of United States, to be SECURE in theirs persons, houses, papers and car,  is depicted by type and huge scale change in the first exercise where Being Secured is shown as a curtain over all their belongings and a probable cause is shown as an exception for that right.
For Second part, where we had to play with minimal scale change and had so many boundaries, its been depicted in two door kind of part where in one part the Security as a Right of the people is shown and on other part the drawback as a Probable Cause is been shown. The minimalistic approach did not provide a good stage to describe this but this was a try to create voice within the Hierarchy with type.
The third attempt was with an illustration or an extra element with which we can produce the Hierarchy and here is a try to bind a bunch of papers with a rope which gives the effect that people living in USA are secure in their places BUT if there is any Probable Cause, police can check them without warrant so its been said in image that they have right to open the knot of their security if they find any suspicious act.

Among three designs the First and the the last designs are most successful due to the scale change and layer of the Hierarchy. the voice of the Amendment IV is clearly been herd in these designs. In case of second design, it speaks the meaning but not in an attractive way.

Color selected for these design is black and red as red is very eye catchy and it clearly says that its a right of people living within the country. Black is more intensive for the fact that in some cases they have right to go against the right of the people. The most seen color is been used to depict the Hierarchy like to show a secured part, Red is more powerful.
